Usually not, if rainwater stays on the plot. A SuDS resin bound build-up is the usual route. Conservation areas and a new dropped kerb are separate — we flag those on survey.

No. Pavdrive is a London driveway contractor. We survey, write a price, then install imprinted concrete, resin bound or block paving. We do not sell materials online.
Resin bound. The stone is mixed through the resin so rain can pass. Bonded systems glue stone onto a sealed layer; they are not SuDS-permeable in the same way and we do not specify them when the drive has to drain.
The finish is only as good as the base. We specify geotextile and compacted stone from laser levels. See London clay driveways and before and after projects.
A typical two-to-three car plot is 4–6 working days. Light cars on imprinted concrete after about 48 hours. Resin bound follows the resin maker’s cure — we write it on the handover sheet.
